[Firebird-website] Listing of Firebird conference on home page

Currently the home page doesn't list the Firebird conference (although 
earlier today I did see a banner, it is now again replaced by the banner 
of the Brazil Firebird Developers Day.

I think it is important to give more continued prominence to the 
conference on the landing page.

Possible solutions are:
* Have the news item about the conference always on top of the news list
* Add a second banner
* Have the existing banner switch between Firebird Conference and 
Firebird Developers Day
