   As I wrote in ticket: fbclient.dll installed into system directory produces unreadable 
error messages because of absence firebird.msg nearby.
   Firebird installer provides no way to make client library available for loading by 
LoadLibrary() without full path AND keep error messages produces by it readable WITHOUT 
breaking up any other existing Firebird installation.
