[Firebird-net-provider] ddex 3.0.0.0 advanced properties

trying to access a remote database server and getting this error

I'm having this as the name of the database file in ddex

server type is standalone server

i have this in database box

192.168.1.98:C:\folder\database.fdb

wonder what the advanced properties are and if i need to set them - i tried
to go in and adjust some like the "isolation level" but it does not save
the settings i pick there. where is a list of settings for advanced
properties and how do i set them?
