OK, if Sergey, Olga or you would make these redirects:

  /ipl/  -> /en/interbase-public-license/
  /idpl/ -> /en/initial-developer-s-public-license-version-1-0/

BTW, if specified as above, will they also work for /ipl and /idpl (without terminating slash)?
