If you are using the odbc-direct-function in your office-application, since
2007 this function was removed.

I'll check with my client. They are 4 hours ahead of me so I will have to
wait for a response until tomorrow. I am pretty sure it is XP 32 bit. 
I am not sure which version of Office they have - probably 2007.
