[Firebird-odbc-devel] ODBC 2.0.148 RC1 on Windows 7

I am trying to register the above using:

regsrv32.exe c:\windows\system32\odbcfb32.dll

But it does not register, I get an error "Config Install 
(Firebird/Interbase(r) driver c\windows\system32 failed with 6 
"composant introuvable dans le registre".

Translation of last part: "component not found in the registry"

Anyone as a hint on what causes this?
