Those who are active in the website area are currently involved in preparing requirements.  Those in this list who are willing to offer time and involvement will soon be invited to assign themselves to tasks.

I think it's a waste of bandwidth to have people who only want to shout about what *other* people should be doing...We *shall* need Laurent and people with skills like his, when it is clear what tasks are to be done.  

Overpowering *everything* is the need for people to write CONTENT.  Those who feel anxious to be getting on with something could do very well to be busy preparing content.  The deadline is rather short, since we have committed to launch our new website on July 31.
