I had the same problem about one or two weeks ago, and it resolved itself. Maybe your DNS is pointing to the wrong server, or there is a proxy messing with the headers.

On my side the tracker is located on 64.26.182.170. It works if accessed by the full URL, but it does not work when accessed through the IP-address (then I do get a blank page).
