Sorry - that should be /var/www/html/devel/doc/manual/pdf/index.php

It's the directory listing script. Many symlinks point to it.
It had those same GetFileList etc. functions that clogged the log
with warnings.

Now it's well-behaved (after a short period with an earlier fix
that machine-gunned the log with "empty regexp" warnings from
inside a nested loop. Pretty impressive, even if I say so myself,
but the disk wouldn't have lasted long ;-)).
