[Firebird-odbc-devel] odbc download

Could someone please help me.
I am having problems downloading the win 64 bit Firebird ODBC driver.
The following link does not appear to work:
http://www.firebirdsql.org/download/prerelease/odbc/Firebird_ODBC_2.0.0.148_x64.exe

Does anyone know where I can download it.
