My point is that it is always better choose/test a layout if it shows real info, and it is much easier to produce them if the content is coming from database, unless someone likes to exercise copy/paste skills ;) The static x dynamic content subject was being discussed a few days ago, and IMHO, this is +1 for dynamic (so my comment). This is not the first time that layouts, structures, logos, etc. are being discussed, and all the previous attempts ended in nothing being done because there was too many suggestions, ideas, etc. but no agreement, and I'm seeing this happening again. So, I'm leaving this entire discussion, because as I already said, my opinion is that 2 or 3 (max) capable persons/professionals should handle this task without having to explain or ask approval for each proposed change.
