On a Windows 2003R2 system, I am having an intermittent problem with the ODBC driver.  It is causing application transactions to fail.  this info is from the Event Log:
 
The system has called a custom component and that component has failed and generated an exception. This indicates a problem with the custom component. Notify the developer of this component that a failure has occurred and provide them with the information below.

Seems that the ODBC driver is having an access violation internally in the SetStmtAttrW routine.
 
We are running with 2.1.2.18118 version of Firebird.
 
Has anyone else has seen this problem?
