You're right, you have to move forward to stand a chance.

* set new goals for the foundation - a new homepage isn't enough (and  
what you want from it will be clearer)

* announce to forums / newssites that "coders wanted" from every  
aspect, dovecot to dbartisan
(IS there still a relation between current delphi and fb??)

* The foundation lack resources, search money for above and invite  
universities.

* Launch a QND site with quickstart for these coders, people a  
currently looking for a decent mysql-alternative,
(even here in Sweden, mysql origins).

* Concider web-forums as an alternative to yahoo for that. They are  
quite wide-spread, I know some of you
dislike them. Personally, I still dislike yahoo for what they did to  
those chinese journalists.

Still nowhere to gather ideas, a maillist... ..we're all history.
