Jiri, I hope you will refer to others (Pavel or myself) before you start playing with that structure.  You can override the higher-level sidemenu by writing your own sidemenu for the &sub, *inside* the subdirectory where your own pages reside.  

Likewise for QA and Python subgroups, which belong to Pavel and would rather be left for Pavel, I think.
