No, it is fine.

It looks as if you are trying to download Sourceforge's launch page. 

You must left-click on all links, no right-click and Save As.  Don't try to use "Copy link" with GetRight to grab these downloads - it won't work - it never gets past the SF launch page.

If you are already using all left-clicks then it's likely that the mirror site you are accessing has faults.  There are links on the SF launch page for you to go and select a different mirror site.

The release-candidate version of the Windows kit was the same build, although the kit has a different name.  As it happens, that kit is still in the pre-release area, although by rights it should have been removed.  The download page is at http://firebirdsql.org/index.php?op=files&id=fb211_RC1 if you are desperate.  The pre-release kits are on our own server, not SF.  

You cannot always rely on pre-release kits being the same as a release kit though.  It is in your best interest to get your SF download environment into a workable condition.
