I am learning asp.net. This issue has been annoying me for some time. On version 2.0.0.144, there are some abnormal behaviors in Visual Web Developer Express 2008: 1. The list of all tables in any one database(*.fdb) could not be displayed on the panel of database explorer through ODBC. (Even on driver ver2.0.0.147) 2. The string parameter issue as Dmitry Gusev reported. I am not familiar to ASP.NET, so I could not make sure what's the problem is until I found this conversation. sigh...It is really annoying. So it had better to announce it in the download page of ODBC driver at firebird.org. The first one above, I have one more thing to comment: *most of the time*, Visual Web Developer can not get the table list through ODBC connection.
