[Firebird-website] Firebird don't Start

Please help me, urgently

I've got instaled the version 2.0 of firebird server and the aplication
gives an error saying can't connect to the database

in the event manager apears
FirebirdGuardianDefaultInstance error: 1063

It's installed on a Windows Vista, and this is working about 2 months ago,
since then I've not used it and now I can't work
