[Firebird-net-provider] help

hi every one,
i'm new bie in using vb.net with firebird server. so than, i have tried
already with firebird ado.net 1.7 but still not work to make a connection

i use firebird 2.1 server (not embedded),
1.1 net
vb. net 2003
windows xp home

please help me, or please show me an archieve mail for my problem
