[Firebird-net-provider] Remote interface Improvements

Firebird server version 2.1 incorporates several improvements to the remote
interface (Batched packets delivery, Pre-fetching, Reduced information
responses from the engine with no trailing zeroes, "defer execute"). Are
these fully realized in any version of the .NET provider?
