Zak Greant from MySQL forwarded this to me - believe it or
not MySQL has a person (Zak) who's major job is making sure
that other open source database projects get included in
conferences etc.

The PHP booth at next year's LinuxTag is likely to be called PHP and
Friends - are any of you interested in trying to help organize the booth
(and consequently get space to be represented? :)

  LinuxTag will be 10-13 July in Germany,
someplace.  The only details I found were in German ...


Der LinuxTag findet im n=E4chsten Jahr zwischen
dem 10. und 13. Juli  wiederum im Messe- und
Kongresszentrum Karlsruhe statt.

Anybody interested in showing off Firebird & php should
probably contact Zak
