[Firebird-test] Firebird QA updates

Hi all,

As you may have noticed, there are some new changes and improvements.

1. I completely rewrote the qadbm tool. Above all, it now uses it's own 
command shell with integrated help. 

2. FirebirdTest class now fully supports UNICODE.

3. FirebirdTest class now support interactive debugging of Python-based 
tests.

I've also updated QA papers 
(http://firebird.sourceforge.net/index.php?op=devel&sub=qa) about how to 
use qmtest and how to implement new tests re. unicode and integrated 
debugger.
