[Firebird-test] Install on OSx

Hi,

I am trying to istall source of firebidr onto OSX 10.3 and am doing an
install using the boot install. When i go to do an install i get the 
following error:

make: *** No rule to make target `include_darwin', needed by `includes'. 
Stop.

can you help?
