[Firebird-test] Running TCS against FB1.5Alpha2

Hi,

finally I managed to compile FB1.5alpha3 with all the commands that are
required by TCS. I also had to fix some incompatibilities in TCS.
I can now run TCS against FB. The debug version of FB failes with

Nickolay, could you please fix the memory pool problems. In the meantime
I'll continue my tests with the production build of FB.

Another problem is the incompatibilities of the FB header files (ibase.h,
gds.h). I already told you about that in an earlier mail to this list.
Mark, can you please fix this (as it was your idea to break backward
compatibility).
