[Firebird-test] SQL_EVENT_13 fails with GCC 3.1

Hi,

the TCS test SQL_EVENT_13 fails on systems with GCC 3.1 with the following
compile error:

 event_custom.h:61:1: directives may not be used inside a macro argument
> event_custom.h:60:39: unterminated argument list invoking macro "PROTO"

> event_custom.h:61: parse error before "PROTO"
> event_custom.h:64: syntax error before "int"
