That's not the soulation, cause the test looks in WHERE_FILES for the 
test DB. I see two possible solutions:
 o copy atlas.gbk from ./tests/sov3v4files to ./tests
 o edit test and change WHERE_FILES into WHERE_EXAMPLES_40
