[Firebird-test] TCS failes with DECIMAL()

Hi,

the following tests EXT_REL_0_7_D and EXT_REL_0_8_D create a table with
a field of DECIMAL(10,10). I get wired results with this data type if the
value store is not an integer:

Test EXT_REL_0_8_D        failed on 21-JUN-2002:
        initialized by FSG
        on 16-OCT-2000 with boilerplate QA_BP

Where should I start digging in the FB1 source code? Any hints on how to debug
