[Firebird-test] Updated TCS

Hi,
	I've updated the TCS global test database to reflect the latest 
changes to the source.  There are still a small number (< 5) of 
outstanding issues on Darwin.  At least one of them is platform 
specific.  I've also checked in the Darwin local test database for other 
Darwinites to use.
