[Firebird-test] Very basic stress tester

Hi all,
	I just committed in my sandbox (interbase/firebird/bellardo) a VERY 
basic stress testing program.  It is written using DSQL and *nix 
commands.  If nothing else it gives us something to start with.  It 
performs a join on 2 tables in the msg.gdb database from a number of 
connections at the same time (or as close as possible).  There is a 
makefile (works with Darwin only, but easy to change).  Run the program 
with no parameters for usage.  Let me know what you think, and lets get 
1.0 out the door....
