Mark, I believe this is result of changing the Major version from 6 to 0.
drop_gds is checking the Major and Minor Version ID before selecting
routines.

Thanks for that, I'll try and verify it.  I presume your aware that the
changes are related to a security issue, and that some of the cvs
history has now been wiped (local copy kept of course).
