Im not sure, In theory all you need is CVS access, but I keep finding 
extra little things that you need to be admin to do.

But that is just your extra stuff not the whole ib-tests thing is that 
right?

Yep I was thinking of adding a "personal" module with user 
subdirectories for self storage,

But I still think that we also need one within interbase itself to 
distribute those "little goodies" to do with build etc, before they 
become widely accepted (probably meaning compiling on a win32 platforms ;-).
