Can you get SSH through the firewall? In that case it might work with SSH
tunneling/port forwarding for CVS.

If all else fails, you could use the following link

but I can't really recommend it since this is not only the Firebird 1 tree,
but _everything_ that is in our CVS (details at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/firebird/).
