It maybe not, the only thing i can tell are that the steps explained in 
the ReadmeDDEX.txt ( and explained in the list several times ) are what 
i have done to install the provider and the DDEX provider in 
VisualStudio 2005 SDK, and, there are other people that has got it 
installed properly as well following that steps, so they should be correct.
