Yes, I copied the provider to the local /bin and changed my reference
to there. Now I have a little more info - I can get it working fine in
a Windows App. The problem only seems to exist in a web app.
(ASP.NET).

At this point, I tried putting fbembed.dll in the web app's /bin
directory, in the web app directory, in the wwwroot/bin directory, and
even in the directory the provider installed in (under /Program
Files/). No matter what I do, it just can't be "found", and I'm very
confused.

I saw a message on the SourceForge forums that someone else had this
error with ASP.NET apps, but he was mentioning an Alpha build. DO you
have any more info on this?
