And for the description please put :

You don't need permission, just a website that is actually working. :-)

Yes, please do, as soon as you have the details.  For the newsgroup, ideally we need something in each of the fields, as you see in the current entries (the page is constructed at run-time using formalised data).

For the Umbrella page, just follow the format used by other non-English FB websites - a suitably sized logo if you wish, plus a brief summary of what the website does.  

Would you please send any Romanian text in a unicode text file, as an attachment?  Otherwise there's a pretty strong chance I will receive your accented characters as alphabetti pasta.  :-)
