An age and a half ago I did a prototype hack of a new look and feel
website. Im working on it again, and the (very very) rough cut can be
seen here.

The main aim is to give a new look and feel, and to allow plain html
files to be included as content (in the hope that mortals, including
myself, can then maintain bits of the site :-).
Currently it just has some of the menu structure. Over the next week or
so I'll move much of the existing content into this framework.
But suggestions welcome.
