So this yet another failed attempt, is it?

Firebird site-administrators may be fine in QA but seem to lack
any kind of interest in improved promotion of FB.

A waste of human resources it is.

Those who are active in the website area are currently involved in preparing requirements.  Those in this list who are willing to offer time and involvement will soon be invited to assign themselves to tasks.

I think it's a waste of bandwidth to have people who only want to shout about what *other* people should be doing...We *shall* need Laurent and people with skills like his, when it is clear what tasks are to be done.  

Overpowering *everything* is the need for people to write CONTENT.  Those who feel anxious to be getting on with something could do very well to be busy preparing content.  The deadline is rather short, since we have committed to launch our new website on July 31.

Well "shouting" gave response, as opposed the post from Laurent (4th feb) or the post from me (9th mars).

And I do not tell anyone what anybody should be doing. Please give the misinterprerations and accusations a rest.

What have been decided so far? 
Roadmap?
Site-structure / skeleton / scope?
Sandbox wiki for content writing?
Markup-type? docbook (harder to contribute)? reST, markdown?

Yes that's short but the ambition is great.
