[Firebird-test] Firebird against SQLite

Hi List,
         I am newbie to Fire bird. Off recently, I worked on Integrating
SQLite as a Database Engine for my Application. Now, I am trying to find if
Fire Bird can fit in it's place.
Also, I have integrated the IBPP wrappers into my application, but, I was
not able to get a simple example that i could use as a reference for me.
Any help in these regards will be highly appreciated,
