After review how Jaybird people is handling the millisconds i have made 
some changes in the 1.6 sources for try to handle it, if the changes 
works well i will do the backport of these changes to the 1.5 if possible.

Will these changes fix the TimeStamp truncation problem?  I do not see it
fixed in the 1.6 Alpha, which still returns zero milliseconds.  (Assuming
that inserting/updating is not the problem.)

These changes are in CVS only, they will be included in next version.
