I don't see any reference to 2AllBooks.pdf. The Beta docs is a file
60all.zip and there are no .pdx files in it. I also tried downloading
an individual file, 60GetStart.zip (Getting Started) and it too has a
problem and there is no .pdx file located in the zip file.
