While I agree that straight into XML would be nice, the wiki approach
where material can evolve is a lot easier to manage.
Personally I still haven't got a tidy XML editing system, and I don't
have time to play with it. I actually need the wiki approach for the
next generation of management systems, so any spin off uses are nice.
Now if you want a job, a wiki using XML .....
