[Firebird-docs] DataDef Guide Docbook status

All,
I have finally completed the first chapter of the Firebird DataDefinition
Guide. I plan to fastly proceed through all other chapters.
I'm letting you all know when I'm ready!

PS: I would like to thank: Ann Harrison(for supplying the .pdf files, David
Jencks(for his excellent Docbook setup), Marcelo Lopez Ruiz(for implementing
his mssql to ib guide in Docbook; it had give me a very good starting point)
