Hi,
I'd like to put the manual/docbook framework in cvs soon, perhaps in 2-3
days. I'd like to clean up/eliminate silly example content and put
Marcello's real content in and commit this, in the directory structure I
propose in my package. I'd also like some +1 or "ok" comments... this sets
up a directory structure and build system, this could be awkward to change.
Should we (now? when?) put the generated defaulthtml on the web site and
the pdf on the ftp site? I think we need an update procedure for this
also. I don't think we need to keep either generated html or pdf in cvs,
just the xml should suffice and avoid redundancy.
I am also going to check with Markus about my use of his logos... maybe he
can clean up the buttons.

--warning-- the doc setup is ~3.5 meg, it includes all needed docbook xml
tools.
