Are you capable to reproduce the problem?
If yes, could you please install 1.5.1 from prerelease area, enable
BugcheckAbort in firebird.conf, make sure your system collects crash
dumps and send resulting dump to me when problem happens next time.
This will give some background for further tests.
I've heard about one more report of this problem, but noone is able to
reproduce it so far.
