Fire has always been completely self contained. Dragging the Fire.app
to the trash completes the "uninstall" If by the menu system, you are
meaning the services menu, these are the result scanning the
Applications directory at login, and will disappear the next time you
log in, but are harmless after the app is gone and can be safely
ignored until that time.
