Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to announce that Fire is having problems connecting with Yahoo. On Thursday afternoon, the Yahoo servers were changed to support only their new protocol. Unfortunately the changes we made in 0.32.e were not sufficient to allow Fire to continue working with Yahoo servers after this change. This is why you are seeing a message indicating that your password may be incorrect. We are working with the developers of libyahoo2 to make the needed changes as soon as possible, and will release a new version of Fire as soon as it is available. We are also aware of a crash which can happen when attempting to re-connect to Fire after being disconnected. This will also be fixed in that new release of Fire. For now, the recommendation is to turn off the setting to have Fire automatically connect to yahoo on startup. Details are available in our FAQ here: http://fire.sourceforge.net/faq.shtml#app-editaccounts Thank you for your patience. - The Fire Development Team On Saturday, September 27, 2003, at 03:53 AM, Don Luis wrote: > Hello, > > I just upgraded to the following version of Fire: > > Built Sep 22 2003 12:49:48 (v0.32.e) > > and now I cannot log onto my yahoo account.
