Dear Fire development team:
Thank you for making such useful and great software and making it
available for free.
I recently switched from Windows to the Mac. (I'm an exNeXT guy, so
it's kind of like coming home.) One of the things I worried about was
Trillian -- as a consultant, I need to keep in touch with people
through MSN, Y!, and AIM. I had really grown dependent on Trillian and
I didn't think there was a Mac version.
Well, there's better than that. You have developed a very nice, very
nice application. It's hard to believe it's still at v1.x.
I also appreciate how effectively you communicated to the world about
the current Yahoo situation -- you've kept the site up to date so I
know it's not just me, and I know that if I hang tight, I'll get a new
build that will fix things.
Anyhow, I really appreciate it. I'd gladly pay (some) money for this
app, but since it doesn't look like you take it, I wanted to take the
time to say how grateful I am to you for donating such great software
to the community. If you ever want any advice on marketing or
customer support issues, drop me a line -- it'd be my pleasure.
