#653 Send message to mobile device

[Fufalo]

This option, which i'm somewhat surprized not to see already in
Fire, allows users to send messages to other users who have cell
phones set up with MSN Mobile.

I have seen other 3rd party chat software with the option although
i wouldn't know how hard it is to program...
