#652 No default button for authorisation request

When an authorisation request is received (for instance, and mostly, in ICQ)
for adding oneself' ID to someone's buddy list, the "accept" button is
highlighted as default option (or the "deny" button: it doesn't matter).

Often while typing text such a request suddenly pops up, and the user
accidentally presses the return key so that the request is accepted (or
denied) involuntarily.

Thus it would be cool if there is no default button for system messages
that might pop up at unexpected times, specially not for the authorisation
request pop up window...
