It would be super to have fire support the gaim-encryption plugin to
allow fire users to communicate with gaim users and have the
conversations encrypted.

    I think it would be much more interesting to implement compatibillity
    with OTR (http://www.cypherpunks.ca/otr/)

    It is also in GAIM, but especially in Adium which makes it much more
    interesting. :-)
