#621 Give Command-left and Command-right standard behaviour

The key bindings for Window -> Next Chat Window and Window ->
Previous Chat Window could be changed to something like Option-
Command-right and Option-Command-left (or Command-down and
Command-up), so that Command-left and Command-right can
accomodate the standard behaviour "Begin of line" and "End of
line".

Beginning of line and end of line are also available via
Control-a and Control-e (emacs and standard Cocoa text
editor area bindings). Just fyi.
